How do I join the Burrito Boyz Rewards Program?

You have 2 options to join:

  • Download the Burrito Boyz mobile app to your smart phone via Google Play or the Apple App Store. Once you have downloaded the app, simply launch the program and select “Sign Up”.

  • Visit any of our Burrito Boyz locations to pick up a Burrito Boyz Rewards member card and register it by visiting www.burritoboyz.ca or Register Here Now (insert link to portal

    To protect your reward balance in case your card is lost or stolen you must register your card online at www.burritoboyz.ca or Register Here Now.

How do I EARN Burrito Boyz Reward Dollars?

As Burrito Boyz Reward Program member you will earn:

🥑 5% in REWARDS DOLLARS on every dollar spent in-store or on mobile orders

🥑 Receive a $2.50 Top-Up every year on your Birthday

How do I use this to earn and redeem my rewards?

Once signed up/logged into the mobile app, the main screen displays your mobile account number. To present the card at the time of sale, TAP on the card image. The card number will convert to display a 4-digit pay code. When prompted by the attendant, present the pay-code number that is displayed on-screen and the attendant will key in this number to complete the transaction.

Note: The pay-code expires after 60 seconds, so you can simply tap to refresh and provide a new one.

Is there a fee to join the Burrito Boyz Rewards program?

The Burrito Boyz Rewards program is free to join!

Do I need to register my Burrito Boyz Rewards Card?

Yes! You must be a registered member in order to redeem. Registering your card also helps you protect your REWARD DOLLAR balance if your card is lost or stolen. Registering your card also allows you to take full advantage of the program giving you access to offers, promotions and discounts that are exclusive to members only. If you want to receive monthly updates on special REWARDS MEMBER promotions and bonus dollar offers you must click “YES” to receive email communications during registration on the registration page.

Please note: You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time.

I have forgotten my login password for my Burrito Boyz Rewards account. How do I reset it?

If you are using the mobile app, you can click “Forgot Password?” on the main launch screen. Answer must be supplied by Moduurn Mobility.

If using a physical card, visit the member registration page at www.burritoboyz.ca and click “Reset Password”. You will then be prompted to enter your email address. A password reset email with instructions will be sent to you.

I lost my Burrito Boyz Card what should I do?

If your card was already registered, report your card lost or stolen immediately to support@burritoboyz.ca or reach out via our Contact Us page on our website. We will deactivate your card to ensure that no one else can redeem your accumulated rewards balance.

Next time you visit a Burrito Boyz, pick up a new card and contact us again at support@burritoboyz.ca, and provide us with your new card number. After we confirm your identity, we will transfer your rewards balance to the new card.

Please note: If your card is not registered, we will not be able to transfer your rewards balance to a new card. Your rewards balance will be lost

Are Burrito Boyz Rewards earned on the total spend?

Burrito Boyz Rewards are based on total spend before tax. A valid Burrito Boyz Rewards card or mobile account must be swiped at the time of transaction in order to earn rewards.

I am a registered user and I can't login. What do I do?

Try resetting your password at https://burritoboyz.ackroo.net/en/passwords. You will need to enter the email address you originally used to register the account. We will then send you an email to reset the password.

Where can I go to check my Burrito Boyz Rewards balance?

Card Users If you use a Burrito Boyz Rewards card your account balance can be viewed at www.burritoboyz.ca or Check Your Balance Now.

Mobile App Users If you use the Burrito Boyz Rewards app you can access this information quickly and easily by simply logging into the Burrito Boyz Rewards mobile app. Answer must be supplied by Moduurn Mobility.

Card & Mobile App Users If you use a combination of the mobile app and a Burrito Boyz Rewards card you can view each card balance from both your mobile app, using the arrow key beside each card, (Answer must be supplied by Moduurn Mobility) as well as online, by logging in to www.burritoboyz.ca by clicking on the TBD link. Check Your Balance Now.

Where can I go to check my Burrito Boyz Rewards transaction history?

Card Users If you use a Burrito Boyz Rewards card, your transaction history can be viewed visiting www.burritoboyz.ca signing into the Burrito Boyz Rewards portal. Check Your Transaction History Now.

Mobile App Users If you use the Burrito Boyz Rewards app you can access this information quickly and easily by simply logging into the Burrito Boyz Rewards mobile app and clicking “Recent Transactions”. Answer must be supplied by Moduurn Mobility.

Card & Mobile App Users If you use a combination of the app and a Burrito Boyz Rewards card you can view each card balance from both your mobile app, using the arrow key beside each card and selecting “Recent Transactions”, (Answer must be supplied by Moduurn Mobility.) or online, by signing in to www.burritoboyz.ca and viewing the “Card Details” link.

Can I transfer my balance from my Burrito Boyz Rewards Card to my Mobile App and vice versa?

Yes. You will first need to add the physical card to your mobile app.

How do I add my physical card to my mobile account?

Yes. You will first need to add the physical card to your mobile app.

By default, the mobile app creates a digital account number upon signup. The mobile account is represented by a ‘Phone’ icon displayed beside the card number:

• Customers can add physical cards to their mobile app in order to track the balance(s) digitally.

• To add a card, select the + icon at the top left.

• Enter the full Card Number printed on the reverse of the card.

• Enter the Ackroo ID / Access code (Ex. ‘12-12345’ or ‘5454’) also printed on the reverse.

• Select Add Card.

• Additional cards (and balances) can be viewed by selecting the left/right arrow beside the card image.

How do I transfer balances between cards?

• As cards are added, balances can be transferred to/from any card or the (main) mobile account.

• Use the arrow button beside the card image to select the card number or balance you want to manage.

• Select the menu icon (three dots) to manage funds or remove an unused card.

• Select Transfer Funds to move funds to a different card.

• (Optional) Enable the button to remove the card funds are transferred off.

• Tap the ‘To’ field to view a drop-down list of all available cards to transfer funds to. Select Transfer Funds to complete.

How quickly after a purchase will my Burrito Boyz Rewards balance be updated?

Your rewards balance will be updated immediately after each transaction.

What is the difference between Burrito Boyz Gift cards and Burrito Boyz Loyalty Rewards card?

Really, not a lot. Any Burrito Boyz Gift Card can be kept and converted to a Burrito Boyz Rewards account so that rewards are earned on purchases.

I was a member of the previous Burrito Boyz Reward Program, will my existing points be transferred?

To make things easier we are converting all reward points to reward dollars. For all previously accumulated points that were unspent before July 2nd, 2019 (date TBD), the value has been converted to equivalent dollars which are available for redemption in-store or via mobile ordering. Your existing points will automatically be converted to REWARD DOLLARS at the following rate; 40 POINTS = $1 REWARD DOLLAR For every 40 points you had in the previous program you will receive $1.00 in REWARD DOLLARS. If you had 39 points or less, we've simply topped up your account with a minimum reward of $1.00. Please note: You must reach $5.00 in REWARD DOLLARS before you can redeem. You must be a registered member in order to start redeeming your REWARD DOLLARS.

I used to be a Mild, Medium, Spicy rewards member, what happened to my reward status?"

In an effort to simplify our rewards program and make it easier for everyone to know what they’re earning, we have removed tiered memberships.
