HOW TO JOIN


Option 1

Download the Burrito Boyz mobile app to your smart phone via Google Play or the Apple App Store. Once you have downloaded the app, simply launch the program and select “Sign Up”.


Option 2

Grab a REWARDS CARD in store and register .

To protect your reward balance in case your card is lost or stolen you must register your card online.

1) DOWNLOAD THE NEW APP and select to "Sign Up" Register with your EXISTING email address that you created your old account with. You will be prompted to create a new password. A validation email will be sent to your email address and then you will regain access to your gift card & rewards balances.

2) Through the Moduurn Web app - Select the "Login / Register" button at the top right of the page and then select "Sign Up" new. The steps from there are same as above.

Terms & Conditions

 Please read the following terms and conditions for our rewards program. Also please note the Terms and Conditions of Akroo our loyalty program service provider. By participating in our rewards program, you agree to the terms and conditions described and referenced within, as amended from time to time. 

We reserve the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the loyalty program at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to our website, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. 

Your participation in our loyalty program confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any changes or modifications. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use. you may not participate in the loyalty program. 

In addition, you are subject to our Privacy Statement, and all such terms of our Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use. 


LOYALTY

Our loyalty program is a way of thanking you for your continued support. You can participate whether or not you register. 

To register for our loyalty program, first, create an account on our website or with our smartphone app. Second, you have the option to add a balance to the account. You can redeem loyalty dollars at any of our participating locations. Loyalty Dollars have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person. 

You can participate in our loyalty program by visiting any one of our participating stores, viaiting us online or by downloading our app.



SIGNING UP

 

The registration process will require you to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself to us through an online registration form. Personal information collected may include: username (i.e., email address), password, email address (required in order to send you eligible loyalty and program notices), your rewards card number and card security code (scratch to see), birthday (optional), name, nickname (optional) mobile phone number, and your marketing preferences e.g., what type of product information you would like to receive from us. 

Communication about our loyalty program is made by email, SMS or push notification. At registration, you can opt to receive information on products and special offers. You can change these preferences at any time. 

You must be a resident of Canada and 18 years of age (legal age of majority), or have the consent of a parent or guardian, in order to register online and create an account. 

Account, Password and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, if any, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the loyalty program. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.


PROGRAM DETAILS

Earn loyalty dollars by participating in our loyalty program. Follow the instructions as noted in-store to begin participating. Providing us with additional information such as your birthdate may make you eligible for special benifits.

You can view and track your rewards on our website or by using our smartphone app. 

Participation in loyalty is subject to your acknowledgement and consent to our Privacy Policy we collect use the personal information of its customers as reasonably necessary to facilitate our interactions with you and to enable your participation in our loyalty program. See our Privacy Statement for full details. Also please note the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Akroo our loyalty program service provider. 

We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in our loyalty program if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

We reserve the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel our loyalty program at any time and it’s sole discretion without notice to you.


PRIVACY POLICY

We collect and use the personal information of our customers as reasonably necessary to it facilitate our interactions with you and to enable your participation in the rewards program. We are committed to handling your personal information in a manner that respects your privacy. This Statement, as amended from time to time, describes that commitment and the uses to which customer information may be put. 

What type of information do we collect? 

We may collect the following personal information including: name, mailing address, phone number, email address, financial account information, such as credit card number and other payment information. 

  • We may also collect additional information about you in certain circumstances, such as: 

  • If you create an account on our website or our app or if you register a loyalty card - your username, password, address, birthday (optional) and phone number (optional) will be collected. 

  • If you are a rewards program account holder, we will link your personal information to your purchase activity made using all registered loyalty cards and digital cards. We will use your personal information to assign eligible rewards to your reward balance. 

  • If you use our app to buy goods information such as your device ID, your location and stores near you and visited by you may be collected. 

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect website use information. This information may include information about your internet service provider, your operating system, browser type, domain name, internet protocol (IP) address, your access times, the website that referred you to us, the pages you request, and the date and time of those requests. Our collection of website use information may involve the use of cookies. Cookies help us to improve our website and your site experience. We use cookies to see which areas and features are popular and to count visits to our site.

How is this information used? 

We may use information about you to:

  • Process payments and manage your use of our products and services, including your accounts and program participation

  • Prevent fraud and protect the security of information, accounts and transactions with us

Do we share personal information with third parties?

By providing your personal information to us, you consent to the collection, transfer and processing of your personal information and agree that your personal information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts or law enforcement in Canada. 

We does not sell personal information, including contact information, to third parties. We will also not otherwise provide personal information to third parties for commercial use, except as described above to enable us to provide requested services to you. 

If you participate in any blog or other online forum on our website, any personal information that you post can be shared with site visitors. 

When you interact with our loyalty program, we also receive and store certain personally nonidentifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. We may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by our affiliates, agents or service providers.
